In Class Writing Prompt 1:

Writing to me isn't a scare. I just feel self concious upon my topics I choose. I feel like my topics are far fetch, and some times odd. I remember once back in middle school I wanted to write about the new camaros. At the time thats all I wanted. Growing up cars, motor cycles, or anything that had a engine was the only thing that seemed to matter. I sruggled to stay on topic in english class. I didn't wanna learn what was being tought because I knew when I got home I woulndn't care about it anyway.

It wasnt untill probly late my souphmore year that I truly started to care. At this point it made it hard. I had my camaro which wast a 2011 like I had dreamed about, but it was the next best thing to me. It was a 1995 camaro Z28. It wasnt nothing special but it was mine. It only had 112,000 miles on that lt1, and that six speed was a blast. I cant tell you how often I dumped the clutch. You probly dont care but  I burnt off a set of tires in two months. My Bad!!

Back to writing, I'm starting to like it. I feel more comfortable now than I ever have. I just start to write and let free. Its great because I use to feel like this isn't what was ment to happen. I was always to I had to map it out, and write. Then after I wrote it out I had to re-write and do so again, and again.

  1. Even though you feel self conscience about your writing topics, everyone probably finds them interesting to read about! It is good to write about things that people do not expect to read, it hooks them. Cool car story! Great to hear that you are starting to like writing and are getting comfortable with it.

  2. Hello, well trying to find a post or just something that someone commented on is harder than I thought. I just so happened to run across what you said about your car and thought I would put my two scents in. You do realize that there are so many people out there that don’t even have a car. My car just so happens to be a peace of shit as well. Pour thing makes all kinds of noises it’s hard to tell what needs fixed first. The list seams so long that I can only imagine what the bill would be for parts. Then there is the time that it will take for the old man and me to change the parts out. I’m too cheap to pay someone to do it if I can do it myself. My point is with all the things that might be wrong with my car I’m so grateful to have it. So I can see where you are coming from and think the fact that it is the car of your dreams great grandpa is the icing on the cake. Once open a time the car of my dreams was a mustang, go on say what you want to say about mustangs. The funny thing is when I finally got one I had it for almost a year then a friend of mine stole it. My friend got drunk and hit six cars with it; this was within a two block radius. Then he parked it and left it, so the next day I get a knock at the door and it’s the cops. The cops read me my rights and took me to jail. I used my one phone call to tell my friend to get his ass to the station and turn his ass in. Dang see that went so fast I’m at 312 words so I’ll call it a wrap for now.
